After-sales services

After sales service introduction
The after-sales services of products from the Group Company will be provided by After-Sales Services Center. Based on the tenet of being "persevering”, "serious” and "making customers satisfied”, the Service Center employed high quality personnel to provide sound service assurance for customers using our products.
Since the establishment, After-Sales Service Center has been always focusing on “providing customers with the best and sound services”. The Center has set up full-time service providers throughout the country that are equipped with well-trained professional technical personnel, ensuring that the service staff can timely make response after receiving customer services information. In addition, the company also visits customers irregularly with the purpose to fully understand customer demands and to provide improved services. A number of departments setting in the various subsidiaries of the Group Company is also carried out centered on “customer satisfaction”. The marketing department of the Sales Company takes charge in details the daily management work of the various maintenance centers and also coordinates to deal with problems in various processes. The QC Department and Technology Department of the various subsidiaries will provide technical guarantee for maintenance centers and customers, deal with difficult faults, feedback information on the technology market, communicate technical change and other issues; the Warehousing Department reserves all products and vulnerable parts selling on the market that assure service demands on inventory.
