In order to avoid such problems, transformer installation supervision should be done well during the infrastructure construction period to avoid damage to the transformer such as violent construction. The capsule shall be tested for pressure holding in strict accordance with the acceptance process. After the residual gas in the oil storage cabinet is drained and the pressure shall be maintained for many times to ensure that the capsule has no internal and external connecting points. The capsule material selection shall be checked. The thickness, size and seals of the capsule shall meet the transformer operation requirements.

Operation and maintenance personnel shall carefully carry out all kinds of regular inspection cases, carry out gas content tests of insulating oil on schedule, timely compare and analyze the abnormal trends found, timely handle them in combination with the power failure window period, pay attention to the leakage in the negative pressure area of the transformer cooler, and timely analyze and dispose of intermittent oil leakage.

If the gas content of transformer insulating oil has an increasing trend, the capsule shall be checked for internal and external connection. In addition to checking for capsule rupture, the capsule shall also be checked for internal and external connection valves of oil conservator, oil conservator exhaust valve, respirator connecting pipe flange, oil conservator inspection hand hole, capsule flange and other key positions. The disposal strategy shall be specified after item-by-item investigation and comprehensive analysis.
