The ordinary type transformer breather
This type oisture absorber is a special air purification device for oil immersed transformer. It is installed on the air
inlet of the oil conservator to purify the air entering the oil conservator through the moisture absorber. It can
effectively remove impurities and water in the air to keep the transformer oil clean and insulation strength. In
addition, the product also uses a new type of thermoplastic engineering plastics, polyamide 66 injection molding.
Its advantages are: high mechanical strength, good chemical corrosion resistance.
Double transformer breather
This is a new type of purification device used for transformer oil conservator. The product features: 1. The air
purification air is lengthened, the filtration time is prolonged, and the effect is obvious, 30% higher than that of
conventional moisture absorber. 2. The purification room adopts full transparent glass and blue discolored silica
gel, and the bottom adopts labyrinth air intake channel. After the oil cup is filled with oil, when the transformer is
operating, you can directly see the exhalation and inhalation of the moisture absorber, and you can observe the
position of the oil seal during the operation. The well can observe the internal state of the transformer from the oil
cup breath, effectively prevent the dust and water of the air from entering the transformer oil, and ensure the
absolute green strength of the transformer oil.
