Product features

a. The product is an assembled structural design, which is assembled by riveting nuts and high-strength bolts. The shell is made of 2mm thick aluminum zinc coated steel plate imported from Switzerland. The door plate is made of cold-rolled steel plate and resin powder electrostatic spraying process. It has beautiful appearance and convenient installation and maintenance.

b. The panel is processed and bended by CNC imported equipment, which makes the cabinet lighter than similar equipment in overall weight, good mechanical strength, IP4X protection grade of shell, high precision, easy to assemble and realize material unification.

c. Each high-voltage compartment is completely isolated, and each high-voltage compartment is equipped with its own pressure relief plate at the top of the cabinet, so as to ensure that the internal arc fault will not affect the adjacent compartments and ensure the safety of the equipment. Each high and low voltage compartment of the switch cabinet has good sealing measures, and the high voltage compartment is equipped with automatic heating device to ensure that the surface of the insulation body in the cabinet is dry.

d. It can close the door. The normal operation of the switch cabinet, including the opening and closing of the circuit breaker, the pushing of the circuit breaker handcart to the working position and the exit to the test / isolation device, and the opening and closing of the grounding switch, are required to be carried out under the opening and closing conditions of the high voltage compartment door plate.

e. The cabinet is divided into handcart room, bus room, cable room, relay and instrument room. The rear of the handcart room is equipped with a grounding metal valve, which automatically closes after the handcart is pulled out; the secondary contact can be connected and disconnected with the handcart; the bus room is separated from other rooms; the cable room is located in the lower part of the rear, which is convenient for laying in and out cables, and the grounding bus is installed at the bottom; the relay and instrument room are located in the front and upper part of the cabinet.

f. It can draw out horizontal partition board and partition board of loading and unloading bus room, so that the connection of main bus and the installation and maintenance of cable, grounding switch, arrester, current transformer and other components can be carried out on the front of switch cabinet, which is very convenient.

g. The panel of the switch cabinet is provided with an observation window, which can see the opening / closing button on the circuit breaker handcart, the mechanical position indicator of the circuit breaker and the energy storage / release status indicator of the spring, and can manually open / close the circuit breaker and the energy storage.

h. The insulation structure of the handcart and the cabinet is matched, and the mechanical interlocking is reliable and flexible. The handcart is equipped with disconnection, test and working positions in the cabinet, and positioning devices at each position to ensure reliable interlocking.

i. The live bus in the cabinet adopts heat shrinkable sleeve suit, the bus is made of copper material, and the lap joint is tinned.
