XGN75-12 indoor AC high voltage gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "inflatable gas holder") is a new generation of switchgear. The main switch can use either permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker or spring vacuum circuit breaker. The whole cabinet adopts the combination of air insulation and sulfur hexafluoride gas compartment, which is compact and expandable, and is suitable for distribution automation.
The inflatable cabinet has the characteristics of compact structure, flexible operation and reliable interlocking. It can provide satisfactory technical solutions for various applications (especially in places with harsh environment) and different user requirements. The adoption of sensor technology and the latest protection relay, together with advanced technical performance and light and flexible assembly scheme, can fully meet the different needs of users.
The inflatable cabinet is suitable for small secondary substations, switching stations, box type substations, residential quarters, industrial and mining enterprises, large shopping malls of power system, especially for airports, subways, railways and other occasions with high power requirements.
Product features
1. Modular design is adopted;
2. The sealing box is made of 4-6 mm high quality stainless steel plate welded by manipulator. The air tightness of the box can be maintained for 30 years without air replenishment, and the box is not deformed at high altitude.
3. The incoming and outgoing cables are connected with inner cone insulators by special cable heads;
4. Epoxy resin is used to cast through type current transformer;
5. Intelligent control / protection unit integrating control, protection, measurement and signal is adopted for secondary protection, and traditional relay protection can also be used;
6. The main bus connection between cabinets can be realized by using air isolation insulator, which can ensure the electrical insulation and the air tightness in the bus room.
7. It can be equipped with permanent magnet mechanism or spring operating mechanism.
