TSDN series three-phase water-cooled welding transformer has the advantages of high welding efficiency, large output current, fast speed, firm weldment and low welding cost. Features:
1. The current is large and the voltage is low. The commonly used welding current is 2000 ~ 40000a. Because the resistance of weldment and welding circuit are within the order of micro ohm, the secondary voltage of transformer is not high, so water circulation cooling is adopted.
2. The power is large and adjustable. Due to the large welding current, the capacity of water-cooled resistance welding transformers is greater than 25KVA, and the number of turns of primary winding is changed to change the welding power. A high-power controllable and control box is installed on the power side to realize the functions of stepless adjustment of welding time and welding current.
3. The operation is discontinuous and there is no no no-load operation. Generally, the switch of resistance welding transformer is placed between the primary winding and the power line. Before connecting the primary winding to the power grid, the weldment has been pressed in the weldment, the welding circuit has been closed, and once the power supply is connected, the transformer will operate under load, so there is generally no no-load state (except flash butt welding). During welding, it is generally not necessary to turn on the power supply for the procedures of weldment loading and unloading, clamping, welding position movement and pre pressing, forging and rest in the welding cycle. Therefore, the power on working time of resistance welding transformer is intermittent.
