Overview

KYN550-12 indoor armored removable AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as KYN550-12 switchgear) is the company's smallest size used in 12kV three-phase AC 50hz single bus and single bus section system of complete sets of power distribution equipment. The KYN550-12 has the "five-prevention" interlocking function of preventing load-carrying push-pull circuit breaker handcart, preventing misoperation of circuit breaker, preventing closing of circuit breaker when the grounding switch is in the closed position, preventing accidental entry into the live compartment, preventing misoperation of grounding switch when live, and the indoor medium-voltage solid-sealed vacuum circuit breaker handcart equipped with public electricity. It is a power distribution equipment with superior performance.

KYN550-12 size design, for customers to save a lot of power distribution space, mainly used in commercial and industrial buildings, real estate, data centers and other industrial power grids and other small demand for substation.

KYN550-12 switch cabinet is IP4X. When the circuit breaker door is opened and the handcart is removed, the protection level is IP2X.

● Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40 ℃, lower limit -25 ℃;

● Altitude: the maximum altitude of the equipment installation site is 2000m;

● Ambient temperature: the daily average relative humidity is not more than 95% and the monthly average relative humidity is not more than 90%;

● Seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees;

● The surrounding air shall be free from obvious pollution such as corrosive or flammable gas and water vapor;

● No serious pollution and frequent violent vibration. The design for severity under severe conditions shall meet the requirements of Class 1.

Cabinet Introduction

The whole is composed of two parts: cabinet body and mid-mounted extractable parts (I .e. handcart). The cabinet body is divided into four separate compartments with overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable outgoing lines and other functional schemes. After arrangement and combination, it can become a power distribution device to meet the needs of users. In addition to meeting the user habits of domestic cabinet maintenance, this switchgear also provides options for cabinet maintenance. The design of the cabinet front maintenance can be installed, debugged and maintained from the front. Therefore, when used as a single-bus segmented system, it can be installed back-to-back or face-to-face. In addition to double arrangement, it can also be installed against the wall, further reducing the floor space. It improves the practicability, adaptability and flexibility of the switchgear, reduces the investment cost under the premise of meeting the safety performance, and has a high cost performance.

Shell and others

switchgear is made of aluminum-zinc plated steel plate with strong corrosion resistance, which is processed and assembled by CNC machine tools. The special design of the side plate can not only form a 5mm air layer between two adjacent cabinets when the cabinet is spliced, reducing the impact of arc fault between the cabinets. And the rigidity is strong. The cabinet body adopts an assembled structure, which is connected by pulling rivet nuts, high-strength bolts and core-pulling rivets. There is no need to open avoidance holes between the cabinet and the cabinet, so that the installation is simple, the appearance is beautiful, and the production efficiency is improved. The instrument room is an independent unit, completely separated from the high-pressure area of the switchgear, and has the functions of shockproof and fireproof. When the circuit breaker cart is removed, the valve will automatically close, and the switchgear still maintains the IP2X protection level. The switch cabinet door panel and the terminal side sealing plate are made of cold-rolled steel plate. After purification and anti-corrosion treatment, the surface is shock-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and the appearance is guaranteed.

handcart frame is assembled from thin steel plates processed by CNC machine tools. Handcart and cabinet insulation coordination, mechanism interlocking safe, reliable and flexible. According to the purpose, the handcart can be divided into circuit breaker handcart, voltage transformer handcart, metering handcart, isolation handcart, etc. All kinds of handcarts are changed according to module and building block, and handcarts of the same specification can be exchanged 100% freely. The handcart has a disconnection position, a test position and a working position in the cabinet. Each position is equipped with a positioning device to ensure reliable interlocking. It must be operated according to the interlocking anti-misoperation procedure. All handcarts are propelled and withdrawn by nuts and screw rods. The operation is light, flexible and suitable for the operation of the personnel on duty. When the handcart needs to be removed from the cabinet, a special transfer vehicle can be used to facilitate extraction, various inspections and maintenance, and the middle-mounted type is adopted, the entire handcart is small in size, and inspection and maintenance are extremely convenient. The secondary lines for signal, protection and control between the switchgear and the circuit breaker handcart are connected by a multi-pin aviation plug.

KYN550-12 has good insulation, moisture-proof, anti-condensation and other properties. The solid-sealed vacuum circuit breaker simultaneously embeds the conductive parts related to the vacuum interrupter and the circuit breaker into solid insulating materials such as epoxy resin that are easy to cure to form a pole, so that the entire circuit breaker pole becomes an integral component, which has fewer detachable parts and higher reliability, and changes the surface insulation into volume insulation. Compared with air insulation, the impact of the environment is reduced and the insulation strength is greatly improved. It reduces the size of the circuit breaker and is conducive to the miniaturization of the switch cabinet.

circuit breaker handcart working principle

When the handcart is transported into the cabinet circuit breaker room, it can be reliably locked in the test position; the cabinet position indicator light will show its position. And only after the safety lock, can shake the propulsion mechanism to push the handcart to the working position. After the handcart reaches the working position, the push handle will not move, and its corresponding position indicator will show its position. The mechanical interlock of the handcart can reliably ensure that the circuit breaker can be closed only when the handcart is in the working position or test position; and the circuit breaker can move only when the handcart is in the opening state. Door closing operation can be realized.
