Overview

HXGN17-12 box-type fixed AC metal enclosed switchgear (referred to as ring network cabinet) is rated voltage 12kv. Rated frequency 50hz AC high-voltage complete sets of electrical devices, mainly used for three-phase AC ring network, terminal distribution network and industrial electrical equipment, to receive, distribution of electrical energy and other functions, it is also suitable for equipment into the box-type substation.

Use and Troubleshooting

♦ Packaging, storage and transportation

& loz; ring main unit is packed in a single wooden case at the factory. Tipping, inversion and severe vibration are not allowed during storage and transportation. When moving, it is not allowed to push and pull directly on the ground; when there is no lifting device, the cylinder can be put under the sleeper of the packing box to slide it to the installation position.

& loz; Prevent the cabinet from rain and damp.

& loz; The ring network cabinet should be placed in a well-ventilated place that can prevent the intrusion of various harmful gases. It is strictly prohibited to store chemicals, acid and alkali in a warehouse.

♦ Acceptance

& loz; Check the packaging for damage before unpacking and protect the product when unpacking.

installation and commissioning

When installing, place the ring network cabinet on the installation foundation, arrange it neatly, adjust it, and then fasten it with fasteners.

When installing the main bus, open the bus room for installation, and the contact surface connecting the bus shall be flat and free of dirt.

The earthing of the ring network cabinet shall be reliably grounded, and the grounding loop shall be checked.

Debugging shall be carried out according to the operating instructions of the ring network cabinet and the instructions of each component in the cabinet.

After installation and commissioning, operate the respective switch elements and anti-misoperation mechanism for 5 times. If no abnormal phenomenon is found, the switch shall be considered to operate normally.

Use and Troubleshooting

Check before power transmission

Before power transmission, the ring network cabinet shall be fully inspected for the electrical performance, insulation level and wiring correctness of all components in the cabinet, and shall be put into operation only after everything is normal.

Normal operation state

, no matter the incoming cabinet or outgoing cabinet, the load switch shall be in the closing position, the grounding knife shall be in the opening position, and the cabinet body shall be in the closed and locked state.

♦ Troubleshooting

& loz; When the incoming cabinet fails to be overhauled, the incoming power supply shall be cut off first, the load switch shall be switched off, and the live display on the cabinet shall be checked at the same time. After confirmation, the grounding knife shall be closed and the door shall be opened for overhaul.

& loz; When there is a fault in the outgoing line cabinet, the load switch in the cabinet should be broken first, the grounding knife should be closed, and the front door should be opened for maintenance. At this time, the main bus is in a live state.

Maintenance and Overhaul

The ring network cabinet needs to be maintained and overhauled under the following circumstances;

a. Check the insulation level of the product after 5 years of operation;

B, after the load switch is opened and closed for 100 times, the main circuit resistance, load switch power, static contact and auxiliary contact shall be checked.

Under normal circumstances, the ring network cabinet should be maintained and overhauled after power failure.
