Overview

HXGN Q-12 series AC metal ring network switchgear is a compact and expandable metal closed ring network switchgear suitable for distribution automation, which uses FLND-12 SF6 load switch as the main switch and the whole cabinet adopts air insulation. It has the characteristics of simple structure, flexible operation, reliable chain and convenient installation. For a variety of different applications, different user requirements can provide satisfactory technical solutions.

HXGN□ -12 series AC metal ring network switchgear is FLN36-12 SF6 load switch produced by our company or SFG SF6 load switch produced by ABB company, and VS1, VD4/S, ISM vacuum circuit breaker or HD4/S5 SF6 circuit breaker can also be equipped according to the needs of users. Load switches and circuit breakers can be manually or electrically operated, with optional electric operating mechanisms, PT, CT, FTU and communication devices to achieve distribution automation functions.

Structure and basic components of circuit breaker cabinet

basic structure

HXGN port -12 circuit breaker cabinet is mainly used for the incoming cabinet of the main power supply or standby power supply in the ring network power supply system and the intermediate section cabinet of the dual power supply system. The circuit breaker can be VS1 type, VD4/S type, ISM vacuum circuit breaker or HD4/S type SF6 circuit breaker, with slightly different dimensions. The circuit breaker cabinet consists of instrument room, bus room, load (isolation) switch room, circuit breaker room and cable room from top to bottom. CT, PT, lightning arrester, grounding switch and relay protection device can be configured according to user's needs, and it has reliable "five prevention" interlocking function.

VS1 vacuum circuit breaker is spring energy storage type, which can be operated by AC or DC, or manually. It is currently the largest domestic vacuum circuit breaker in China. Its main conductive circuit and operating mechanism integrity design, stable quality, reliable performance. Main electric circuit composite insulation, small volume. Handcart or fixed installation is available. Corresponding to 630A rated current specification, rated short-circuit breaking current up to 25kA.

Bus connection cabinet

auxiliary equipment

DJD-1 type short-circuit ground fault indicator adopts logic circuit to realize overcurrent alarm, delay reset function, and can also be reset manually. Three short-circuit fault sensors are respectively installed on the three-phase power cable, one ground fault sensor is installed on the three-core cable, the display unit is fixed on the panel of the switch cabinet, and the sensor and the display unit are connected by optical fiber or cable. The short-circuit grounding fault indicator helps the line patrol personnel to quickly determine the fault section, eliminate the fault in time, and shorten the fault power failure time.

condensation controller

condensation controller is composed of a temperature (humidity) sensor, a control unit and a heater. When the ambient temperature (humidity) reaches a preset range, the control unit starts the heating circuit. It can monitor the temperature and humidity of the switchgear installation environment in real time, so that the ambient temperature index meets the working requirements and can effectively prevent condensation. Typical condensation controller technical parameters are as follows:

FTU and communication unit

HXGN□ -12 series AC metal ring network switchgear can be configured with DAT-1 L and other types of power distribution automation terminals (feeder automation terminal unit, FTU). The switch cabinet is incorporated into the data acquisition and monitoring system (SCADA system) of the power distribution automation system through optical fiber communication system to realize remote control, telemetry and remote signaling functions of the switch cabinet. With the master station software, it can also realize the functions of fault isolation, recovery and network reconfiguration of the distribution network.

DAT-1L distribution automation terminal

The main functions of a typical DAT-1L distribution automation terminal are as follows:

Information acquisition and processing functions: including 48-way remote communication, 8-way telemetry, 8-way remote control and 1-way DC.

parameter setting function: it has the function of parameter remote setting and local setting.

Timing function: Receive commands from the master station or sub-station and keep synchronized with the system clock.
