XGN15-12 unit type AC metal closed ring network switchgear (hereinafter referred to as ring network cabinet) is a new generation of high-voltage electrical products that we have successfully designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of domestic rural power and urban power network transformation. All technical performance indicators are in line with IEC62271 -200:2003 and GB3906 standards.

Cabinet structure

The ring network cabinet body is formed by 2mm thick aluminum-zinc plate (or cold-rolled plate after plastic spraying). There are two pressure release holes behind the cabinet, one for the cable room and the other for the load switch/bus room. This structure can guarantee the reliability of personal installation and operation of equipment to the greatest extent.

vd4-s Vacuum Circuit Breaker (ABB Original)

vd4-s type vacuum circuit breaker is specially designed for unit switch cabinets, and its breaking capacity is sufficient to cope with various conditions, including normal switching equipment or branch network operation and breaking short circuit under special circumstances. Vacuum circuit breakers are particularly suitable for networks that operate frequently within the operating current range. The vd4-s vacuum circuit breaker is equipped with a spring operating mechanism with reclosing function (sub -0.3S-in-sub -180S-in-sub), and has reliable action and long service life. The whole circuit breaker includes three vacuum switch bubbles, the external is resin insulation cylinder, vertical structure. The extinguishing of the arc is the result of a forced displacement of the arc due to the spiral groove of the arcing contact. Since the minimum static vacuum in the insulating cylinder of the switch is 10-4 to 10-8 bar, a very high dielectric strength can be obtained despite the relatively small gap between the switching contacts. The arc is extinguished at the first zero point of the short-circuit current.

HAD/US SF6 circuit breaker is specially designed for ring network switch cabinet. Its breaking capacity is sufficient to cope with various conditions, including normal switching equipment or branch network operation and breaking short circuit under special circumstances. The new generation has the latest SF6 breaking process, coupled with the simple structure, only a small operating energy, so simple energy storage type operating mechanism has the characteristics of long mechanical life when used. The circuit breaker adopts the spring operating mechanism to realize the automatic reclosing operation. The special structure of the switch-off part can ensure the extraordinary extension of electrical life. The switch is made into a split independent column structure and is placed vertically. The switch adopts the principle of self-energy arc blowing, that is, the energy of the arc itself is used to extinguish the arc. When the circuit breaker is opened, an arc is generated between the moving and static contacts in the arc extinguishing chamber. The high temperature and high ionization efficiency generated by the arc should make the SF6 gas pressure rise rapidly in the arc extinguishing chamber. With the increase of pressure and the gradual separation of the arcing contacts, the gas is forcibly sprayed out of the arc extinguishing chamber through the nozzle, thus making the arc sparse, cooling, breaking and preventing reignition. Therefore, the moving part of the switch only needs little energy, further enhance the reliability of long-term operation.

♦ K and A type operating structure (ABB original parts)

♦ SFL-12/24 type switchgear

SFL12/24 switch equipment are imported original parts. The switchgear is a double-break, three-position, rotary moving contact, and SF6 gas is used as the arc extinguishing medium. The movable contact is placed in a die-cast epoxy resin housing of a reinforced structure.

Each switch is permanently sealed after being filled with 0.4 bar SF6 gas, an ammonia detector can be used to check for gas leaks. The vertical and horizontal installation of the switch is not limited. The typical installation method in the ring network cabinet is to place a steel plate between the cable room and the bus room and install it horizontally. This installation isolates the bus bar from the cable joint to meet the most stringent safety requirements for operation and maintenance. In the event of internal arcing, there is a structural weak point at the rear of the shell, which will be flushed away. Then the arc relief valve on the cabinet opens and directs the overpressure air flow to the outside of the cabinet.
