structural features

box body is vertical and horizontal. The shell is made of 2mm high-quality stainless steel plate and bent by multiple folding processes (or stainless steel double sandwich composite plate with honeycomb structure, which has flame retardant, environmental protection, heat insulation, condensation prevention and other properties). Special stainless steel welding process is adopted. After the box body is formed, the overall strength is high, the surface is smooth and clean as a mirror, leaving no weld marks. The internal installation beam (plate) is treated by hot galvanizing process, ensure that there is no rust within 20 years; The box body is opened back and forth for easy operation and maintenance. The doors are surrounded by high elastic aging-resistant sealing rubber strips. Each door is equipped with two kinds of door locks, light and dark, and the open locks are equipped with anti-blocking and anti-rust rain shields. The metering room is fully enclosed with lead sealing device; The side of the box body is equipped with rain-proof and foreign matter-proof incoming cable threading pipes, the bottom are punched with ventilation holes and cable outlet holes, it has the functions of waterproof, rust-proof, dust-proof and foreign body-proof, and the protection grade: IP54.
