Overview

XL-21 type low-voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for power plants and industrial and mining enterprises, in the AC voltage of 500 volts and below three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire system for power distribution. XL-21 type low-voltage power distribution box is installed indoor against the wall and overhauled in front of the screen.

structural features

XL-21 type low-voltage power distribution cabinet is closed, the shell is made of steel plate bending, the knife switch operating handle is installed on the upper part of the right column in front of the box, which can be used for switching power supply. A voltmeter is installed in front of the distribution box to indicate the voltage of the busbar. There is a door in front of the distribution box. After the door is opened, all equipment in the distribution box will be exposed for easy maintenance. The distribution box adopts the domestic self-designed components, which has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient maintenance, flexible combination of circuit scheme and so on. In addition to the air circuit breaker and fuse for short-circuit protection, the distribution box is also equipped with contactors and thermal relays. The front door of the box can be equipped with operating buttons and indicator lights.

Ambient temperature:-50 ℃ ~ +40 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed +36 ℃;

◆ Altitude: not more than 2000m;

◆ Relative humidity: not more than 50% when the ambient air humidity is +40 ℃;

can have higher relative humidity at lower humidity (e. g. 90% at +20°C), allowing for moderate frost condensation due to temperature changes:

◆ When the equipment is installed, the inclination of the vertical plane should not exceed 5 °, and the equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration, impact and corrosion.

use, maintenance and overhaul

After the power distribution box is installed or overhauled, the following inspections and tests shall be carried out before it is put into operation (the inspection and test after overhaul shall depend on the quality of overhaul).

◆ Check whether the electrical equipment and secondary wiring installed in the power distribution cabinet meet the requirements of the drawings.

◆ Check whether the knife switch and air switch used for operation are flexible and should not be jammed.

◆ Check whether the contact of the installed electrical equipment is good and whether it meets the use requirements of the electrical equipment itself.

◆ Check whether there are other foreign matters inside the power distribution cabinet and whether the solid screws of each part are loose.

Ordering Instructions

When ordering, the customer shall provide the following information:

◆ Primary line scheme and single line system diagram;

◆ Secondary line deployment system diagram;

◆ Detailed specifications and data of various electrical equipment installed in each box;

◆ Arrangement and floor plan of power distribution cabinet shall be provided when ordering type B structure.
