Multi magnetic circuit transformer is a new type of low-voltage and high current generator. It is used in many detection institutions in China for short-circuit heating test, action characteristic correction, dynamic thermal stability, continuous load test and electrical parameter measurement test of large, medium and small low-voltage electrical appliances such as current transformer, circuit breaker, contactor, thermal relay and switch. Single phase test can be carried out with one multi magnetic circuit transformer, and three-phase test can be carried out with three sets of the same equipment. The test system needs large capacity voltage regulator for stepless voltage regulation.

Features:

1. Low impedance and high output. Small capacity voltage regulator can realize all regulation within large capacity range, especially suitable for high current working system

2. The voltage regulator equivalent to 1 / 6 of the capacity of the conventional regulation system can obtain the same regulation effect, and greatly improve the stability of the current regulation process.

3. Since the regulating magnetic circuit only supplies 1 / 6 of the output, the nonlinear characteristics of the voltage regulator have no effect on the distortion of the output current waveform, which can meet the requirements of the basic low voltage test method.

4. Because it is a 1: n voltage regulation scheme, the equipment has high efficiency and low loss after being put into the power grid.

5. The supporting equipment is simple and easy to adjust and control.

Working principle of multi magnetic circuit transformer

Each magnetic circuit is controlled independently, and the open circuit load of the magnetic circuit is switched in turn according to the current required by the measured product; When magnetic B1 is put into open circuit, the transformer output is 8V. If the voltage and current are not enough, continue to put magnetic circuit B2 into operation, and the output voltage is 12V - and so on.
